Currently we accept cash and check payments. We do not accept credit card payments at this time.
All tuition payments are non-refundable.
Tuition is based on the dance year (September 11, 2017 through May 12, 2018) and divided into equal payments, regardless of how many classes are in each month. These fees are averaged over the school year taking into consideration five-week months and holidays. No credit is given for absences or vacations. Payment is expected for all classes even if you have to miss class because of illness, school function or quit the class in the middle of the month. Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
We will hold our annual recital on May 12, 2018. A $30 recital fee will be due per student, $50 per family. This fee is non-refundable.
Tickets to the show and DVD's of the performance will be available for purchase separately.
Students will need a costume for each piece they are performing.
Costume fees are as follows:
Twinkle - $59
Mini (ages 5-6) - $69
Junior (ages 7-10) - $75
Teens & Seniors (11 & up) - $85
Costume pricing for Tap, Inc., Broadway Bound and Company programs is separate and is included in specific program information handed out at the beginning of the year.
Costumes will be ordered through the studio and handed out in Spring before the performance. The same shoes that are required for classes will be needed for the performance. Costume fees are due November 15, 2017.
Refunds and Credits
We do not offer tuition or fee refunds. If we cancel a class a make-up option will be offered. Credits are not issued for any missed classes. Students may take a make-up class in place of any missed classes. If your student drops a class before the semester is completed, we will issue an account credit that can be used at the studio within a 6-month period.
